My friend and I decided to “try” a Vegetable & Fruit Cleanse.

At first we thought it would be interesting- maybe even fun and healthy. As we delved deeper into research, we realised that this was going to be tough.

The Rules:

1. 3 day cleanse  

2. Raw Vegetables & Fruit

3.No protein or caffeine.

Results: Instead of wasting valuable time writing every detail- I decided to doodle my feelings. (A picture is worth a thousand words!)
